Glen Pacyna is an recent graduate of Brick Memorial High School in the class of 2005. Glen was a passionate athlete of Brick Memorial's 2003 Championship football team where he also joined the staff of Pure Focus. After high school Glen went on to become an apprentice in the sheet metal union of Cranford, NJ. After long awaited months of traveling north many nights a week, he couldn't continue this lifestyle. After returning to work regularly at Pure Focus he had a new focus. Glen then was quickly introduced to the sport of natural competitive bodybuilding. Earning third place in his first competition in Baltimore, MD Glen decided that he could convert the same drive and determination and discipline that he had in football to competitive bodybuilding. The following year Glen turned around and trained harder then ever to come back to Baltimore and place 1st in the Teenage Division. To this day Glen has competed over 20 times in more than 5 different organizations, and over those 20competitions he holds 7 first places and 7 second places while the rest finish in the top 5. Recently Glen competed in the 2007 UIBBN WORLDS CHAMPIONSHIPS earning himself 7th best natural junior bodybuilder in the World! Glen also holds many Best Poser awards. In June of 2007 Glen signed a one year sponsorship contract with Optimum Nutrition and American Bodybuilding.

Glen trains regularly at Pure Focus Sports Club located in Brick, NJ.  He runs his own personal training service that caters to the bodybuilding community.  Glen specializes in contest preparation from every angle.  From tanning, to supplementation, to nutritional programs, to even posing, you can find everything your looking for here at GlenPacyna.com.
