A little about how I started this life of mine. Like most my passion for working out came from my idols. I was always a skinny kid with barely any meat on my bones. I started training a little bit here and there in high school. I didn't start training full time and working out as a hobbie until I was about 18-19 years old. I was a high school football player for all four years of high school. In 2003, we won the NJ Central Jersey Group 4 High School Football Championships. Since then I took on a competitive lifestlye. Upon graduating high school in 2005 I became an apprentice in the sheet metal union of Local 22 in Cranford, NJ as well as working part time in Pure Focus Sports Club. After months of traveling to and from the apprenticeship school in Cranford with no promise for a future in the union I decided to resign and start something else. After that I continued to work at Pure Focus where I then seriously started to get into weight training. I went and support my friends Kent Bierly and Dave Manfra at two bodybuilding shows. It was at that point I decided I would take the same drive and determination I had from football and utilize it and convert it to bodybuilding. In May of 2007 I became very busy I found another career opportunity and became a sole proprietor of Quality Shakes Cafe inside Pure Focus as well as obtaining a sponsorship with Optimum Nutrition®. At this same time I pursued a personal training certification where I then started my personal training experience. In April 2008 I started GlenPacyna.com, a forum to promote myself as a natural bodybuilder as well as my side personal training business as well as being a representitive for Optimum Nutrition/American Bodybuilding. With all these pieces to the puzzle in place, I successfully have competed in over 20 bodybuilding competitions and have been awarded numerous posing titles. In 2007 I compteted in my biggest accomplishment to date in the UIBBN World Natural Competitions in Madrid, Spain earning a respected 7th place in the Juniors division.(21&Under) After many years of training and competing it was time to solidify a more stable career where in 2009 I was elected to go through Ocean County Police Academy. In the Spring of 2010 I graduated the police academy after a vigorous 9 month long training period. I now work as a police officer as well as training everyday. In 2011 I again prepare to step on stage in shows later on in the season including the 2011 UIBBN World Natural Championships.
